With over 25 years of real estate investing experience and a background as a real estate attorney, Christian Fautz, JD has built a career on executing across multiple market cycles—successfully navigating both rising and declining markets.

He has completed hundreds of transactions spanning acquisitions, repositioning, and long-term income-producing assets, giving him a distinct edge in identifying opportunities others overlook.

Today, Christian specializes in the co-living real estate asset class—one of the fastest-growing and most efficient residential investment strategies—where he has consistently achieved 2–3x traditional rental income by optimizing property layout, operations, and tenant demand.

Through CoLiv Wealth Partners, he partners with investors to acquire and operate high-cash-flow residential assets—delivering scalable investment opportunities backed by proven systems, disciplined underwriting, and experienced leadership.

Christian and his wife Jamie’s current portfolio includes Co-living properties across Southwest Florida and Atlanta, GA, with expansion into additional high-demand markets—supported by proven systems and operational infrastructure.

Jamie Fautz

Jamie brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, real estate knowledge, and hands-on property management experience. After a successful career in marketing and events for a yacht dealership in SWFL, she transitioned to real estate full time in 2021 and quickly expanded her focus to the growing world of Coliving with her husband Christian.

With a proven track record in managing their portfolio of annual and Airbnb vacation rentals she implemented the necessary systems to properly manage Co-living properties. Jamie understands the balance between maximizing returns for property owners and creating comfortable, well-run homes for residents. She leverages her background in social media, internet marketing, and events to keep properties full, operations smooth, and residents happy.

Fluent in Spanish and a year-round SWFL resident for over a decade, Jamie combines local market insight with meticulous attention to detail—ensuring that every lease, maintenance request, and resident experience is handled with care. Whether it’s optimizing occupancy, streamlining operations, or elevating property appeal, Jamie is passionate about making Co-living properties thrive.

Property Service Specialist

Angelica Jhean

Angelica is a key member of our administrative team, overseeing the daily operations of the Co-living rental properties that we manage through the PadSplit portal to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

She manages property oversight, member communications, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination—including payment processing. Angelica also delivers detailed monthly financial reports using our in-house software and provides the concierge-level service we promise to every real estate investment partner.
